New Years Eve- Dresses That Won't Break the Bank

How is it almost 2019?! You guys, is it just me, or has this year just flown by?! I feel like I say that every year, but this year seems even more like it went exceptionally fast. Either way, we are going to be ringing in the new year in less then 2 weeks!!
