The CariPro comes with 5 settings (clean, white,massage, gum care, and sensitive). I tried every setting, and because I have VERY sensitive gums and teeth, the sensitive mode was my all time favorite. The CariPro also comes with an auto-interval smart timer. When brushing with the toothbrush, there will be a quick pause every 30 seconds, which gives you the signal to switch sides. This allows for an even and thorough brush.
